How to
Share a link, product image, receipt, or PDF into mobile Capture
Choose what to do with shared content in the intended business before saving it.
- 1
In a browser, Photos, or Files, open the device's Share menu and choose bsns. After sharing, open bsns to finish. Sign in if needed, then review Shared with bsns in mobile Capture and select the business the item belongs to.
This needs a native app build with the bsns share target installed. If bsns is absent from the device's share choices, ask support about the installed build; the desktop Chrome extension is a separate pilot.
- 2
For a link, shared webpage, or text, choose Ask Wren what to do to open Wren with that content. Review and send the prompt; opening Wren alone does not save a catalog item.

- 3
For a product link, webpage, or image, choose Save product when it is offered. Review the catalog draft, complete missing values, check the image choice, and choose Save item.
Shop
Save product requires permission to manage the selected business's inventory. A plain link may provide little product metadata, and captured values need checking. If the item saves but its image fails, follow the retry message before discarding the shared copy.

For a receipt image or PDF, choose the receipt or bill mode you need, then Use this receipt or Use this bill. Review the draft and save it. Images can be scanned; shared PDFs require manual entry of the details.

Worth knowing
- A shared file is not automatically sent to Wren. Capture offers Wren for text, links, and webpage URLs; image/PDF files use the file or product draft actions that are available.
- Unsupported files stay in the shared inbox rather than becoming a saved draft. Use Discard shared item only when you no longer need that inbox copy; discarding removes it.
