Getting started.

bsns.ccis invite-only while we work with our first design partners. Here’s the path from “I have an invite code” to a working tenant.

1. Use your invite code

Go to /get-started, paste your code (it looks like bsns-XXXXXXXX), and click Continue. If the code is valid, you’ll land on the signup form.

Codes are one-shot — after you redeem one, it can’t be used again, even by you. They expire 30 days after they’re generated. If yours is expired or invalid, email hello@bsns.ccand we’ll send a fresh one.

2. Create your account

You’ll fill in:

  • Your first name, last name, and email. The email is your login. If an account already exists for that address, the form will tell you and point you at /login instead.
  • No password required. We email a one-time sign-in link, then guide you through creating a passkey with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or your phone.
  • Trial pricing. Self-serve trials start on the Duo plan. If no card is required at signup, add payment before the trial ends to keep the workspace active. See Pricing for current seat counts and dollar amounts.
  • Your company name and address. The company name becomes your tenant inside bsns.cc— the boundary that everything lives in. Address lookup suggests US addresses when Google Places is available, with manual entry as the fallback.
  • A subdomain (optional). Defaults to a slug of your company name. Your tenant lives at <subdomain>.bsns.cc, which is what shows up in the address bar once you’re logged in.
  • The work you want to set up first.Construction, skilled trades, interior design, consulting, photography, retail, or “not sure yet.” We use this to pick the most useful first app step after signup.

3. Run the setup wizard

After your first login you’ll land in a 3-step wizard at /wizard. You can skip any step and come back later via Settings.

  1. Confirm your business. Optional fields like legal name, EIN, address, and phone live here. They feed into invoicing and tenant-admin views downstream.
  2. Invite your team.Up to three teammates by name + email. They get an invite link and inherit access to every app your tenant subscribes to. You can invite more later from Settings › Team.
  3. Finish setup. Confirm the wizard and continue to the first-run checklist.

Trial vs. paid workspace

Self-serve trials start as normal workspaces on the Duo plan. You can cancel before the trial ends, or add payment before the trial ends if your signup did not require a card. See Pricing for current seat counts and dollar amounts.

What about the apps?

Trial tenants get every app turned on so you can see how the suite fits together. Once you’re a paying customer, the apps you subscribe to are whichever ones you’ve picked — you can add or drop any of them at any time. See Pricing for the structure.

The quickest way to see the suite working as one system is to submit a form, create a booking, or send a test invoice, then open work and install a workflow template. The source app creates the object; the workflow decides the follow-up. See Workflows for the object-event model.
