How to

Let clients book time with a booking link

Create a public booking link, check its availability, and share it with clients who want to book time.

  1. 1

Open Schedule, then Booking links and create a new link. Choose the person, room, or equipment being booked.

    work · /schedule/links/new

  2. 2

If this is the first booking link and you are an admin, the same form can create your person resource. Review the name and timezone under Who takes these bookings.

    work

The first-resource shortcut starts with Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM availability. Change those hours in Schedule → Resources before sharing if they are not your actual hours.

  3. 3

Enter a title, link name, and duration. Choose whether bookings require manual confirmation. Select a video provider only after connecting the required calendar or Zoom account, then choose Create link.

    work

  4. 4

Review the resource's hours and open the public link as a visitor. Check the dates, times, and confirmation flow before sharing it with clients.

    work · /schedule/resources

Worth knowing

  • If there are no resources and you cannot create one, ask a workspace admin to create the first resource. You can return to the link form afterward.
  • A booking link does not collect a deposit or booking payment. Invoice the client separately when payment is needed; do not promise payment at booking.
  • A rehearsal booking can send a confirmation email; use your own test address and remove or cancel the test booking when finished.
