Account

Settings.

Your settings live at /settings on auth.bsns.cc(or your tenant subdomain — both work). Each card below is a separate page. Tenant admins see all of them; non-admin team members only see the ones that affect their own account.

Security

Add a passkey or a TOTP authenticator app. Passkeys are easier and more phish-resistant; TOTP works if your device doesn’t support passkeys. You can have multiple of either type registered on a single account.

Before adding or changing a passkey, confirm your email with a fresh sign-in link or complete a recent MFA check. This keeps someone with an old browser session from silently adding their own device.

We give every new account a 7-day grace window before MFA is required (skipped while your tenant is in demo mode). After that, you’ll be bounced to /setup-mfa until you complete enrollment.

Company profile

Editable fields for your tenant: name, legal name, EIN, address, phone, contact info, and timezone. The timezone matters — it’s used when scheduling reminders, when emails fire, and when reports show date columns.

Team

Invite teammates by name and email. They get a link valid for 7 days, set their own password, and inherit access to every app your tenant subscribes to. You can resend an invite that hasn’t been activated yet, or remove a teammate (which deactivates their account and revokes app access — it doesn’t delete their record).

Permission levels per app are something we tune for you on request today — email hello@bsns.cc if you need a teammate scoped down to specific apps.

Tenant admins who have the View as grant can open work as an eligible non-admin teammate from /teams/view-as. See the Tenant admin guide for the full workflow, limits, and audit behavior.

Billing

Tenant admins can review the current plan, see trial or renewal timing, add billing information, and open Stripe billing from /settings/billing. If a trial started without a card, add payment here before the trial ends to keep the workspace active.

Branding

Replace bsns.cc’s defaults with your own logo, display name, and accent color. Branding shows up on your tenant’s login page, on emails sent from your tenant, and across the in-app chrome. You can also point a custom domain at your tenant — ask us and we’ll wire it up.

Demo data

Only visible for admin-created demo tenants. It is not part of the normal self-serve trial flow. Demo tenants may see controls for:

  • Load sample data. Drops a small set of records for a sales walkthrough. Use this only when a demo tenant has been explicitly set up for that purpose.
  • Clear sample data.Wipes every row created by the demo seeder. Records you’ve added yourself stay put.
  • Mark as real tenant. Clears demo data and turns off demo mode for good. After this, the Demo data card disappears from /settings and MFA grace stops being skipped.

Onboarding

A first-run checklist that points you at the most useful next steps for the apps you’ve subscribed to. You can dismiss it permanently or come back to it whenever.

Audit logs

A scrollable list of privileged actions across your tenant: invites sent, app access changed, passwords reset, View as sessions, and tenant setting changes. Useful for compliance reviews and figuring out who changed what.
