Tenant admin guide.

Tenant admins manage the people, security, and tenant-level settings for one business. Most admin controls live in /settings on auth.bsns.cc. Operational admin tools for daily work live in work.

Invite and manage teammates

Open /settings/team to invite teammates, resend pending invites, remove inactive users, and review which teammates have tenant-admin access. Invite links are valid for 7 days.

When you remove a teammate, their account is deactivated for your tenant and app access is revoked. Their historical records stay in place for audit and reporting.

Use View as

View as lets an eligible tenant admin open work as a non-admin teammate in the same tenant. Use it to reproduce a report, confirm what someone can see, or help a teammate without asking for their password.

  1. Make sure your own account has MFA enrolled and recently verified. View as always requires MFA proof.
  2. In work, open /teams and click View as.
  3. Pick an eligible teammate, review the confirmation, and start the session.
  4. A banner stays visible while you are viewing as that teammate. Use End impersonation in the banner when you are done.

Tenant admins can only view as non-admin teammates in their own tenant. They cannot view as another tenant admin. If the page says there are no eligible teammates, either everyone is admin-protected, your grant is missing, or tenant-admin impersonation has been disabled for the tenant.

Control View as access

Open /settings/team to review whether tenant-admin impersonation is enabled for your tenant and which members have the per-member View as grant. Changes are logged in the tenant audit log.

Open /settings/security to review impersonation history. Tenant admins see the tenant-wide history; non-admin members see sessions where they were the target.

Review audit logs

Open /settings/audit for privileged tenant events such as invites, app-access changes, password resets, View as sessions, and tenant setting changes.

Report and review support issues

Private reports filed from app pages are visible to the reporter, your tenant admins, and the bsns.cc team. Tenant admins can review tenant reports from /settings/support-reports. Public known issues are available at /support.
