Scan a room for a project
A measured room scan with notes and furniture layouts, saved to the project for everyone on it to review.

In the bsns iPhone or iPad app, open the project and go to Room scans. Tap Scan a room and walk the room slowly with the camera.

Scanning needs an iPhone or iPad with a LiDAR scanner (Pro models). On other devices the app says so when you tap Scan a room; there is nothing to turn on in Settings.

Enter a room name in Scan details, add notes or markup, and save the scan to the project.

To review a saved scan on the web, open the project's files and go to Room scans. You can open the PDF report or a 3D view there.

Worth knowing
- Anyone on the project can review saved scans in the app or on the web, even on a device without LiDAR.
- A scan that has not been saved yet stays on the device that made it.
