Open daily work with Siri and Shortcuts

Open the right bsns screen from an iPhone shortcut, then finish the work inside the signed-in app.

    In an iOS build that includes bsns shortcuts, choose Projects, Find Project, Capture, Add Task, or Needs You in Shortcuts, or ask Siri to open the corresponding bsns shortcut.

    Unlock or sign in when asked and confirm the selected business. Find Project uses the name you provide to search within the app; select the intended project.

    For Capture or Add Task, review the draft and save it in the app. Opening a shortcut does not by itself save a receipt, bill, or task.

Worth knowing

  • Needs You opens the authenticated list rather than reading private work aloud. The optional Needs You widget shows a cached count, not item titles; open bsns to refresh it. A count older than 12 hours is replaced with Open bsns to refresh. Availability depends on the installed native build.
