How to
Find your projects in iPhone Search
Opt in to finding recently opened projects by name without making their contents public.
- 1
In the native iPhone app, open Settings and turn on Projects in iPhone Search when that option is available.
Settings → Projects in iPhone Search
- 2
Open a project you can access in bsns. Its project name and business name can then appear in iPhone Search for up to 24 hours.
Only projects you open are indexed. Enable this only if you are comfortable with those names appearing in device search.
- 3
Choose a result to return to bsns. Unlock or sign in if asked; the app checks your current access before opening the project.
- 4
Turn the setting off to remove the indexed project results. Switching businesses or signing out also clears the index.
Worth knowing
- This requires an iOS build that includes project search. It is separate from searching inside bsns and does not index task notes, project photos, or the whole business.
