For bookkeepers

Cleaner records. A clearer close.

Keep the receipts, expenses and bills behind your clients’ businesses together. Review what needs attention across your practice, then take approved records into the ledger you already keep.

Your practice, connected

Your clients keep their own workspaces. You get a shared view of the finance work they have given you access to.

How it works

Start with the clients you already support.

A shared practice view, with access granted one client at a time.

  1. Set up your practice

Use bsns for your own practice first, and apply for partner access.

  2. Connect your client workspaces

Any client can grant you finance access to receipts, expenses and AP items, whether or not you referred them. They can revoke that access at any time.

  3. Review, then export

Review pending items across the client workspaces you can access. Export approved records as a QuickBooks bank-import CSV for the ledger you already use.

The details, ready for your review.

One queue across your clients

Review expenses and AP invoices across the workspaces you have access to. Each item keeps its receipt and source link with it.

Less gathering before close

Receipts, bills, expenses and billing activity arrive as records. You still review the details, with less time spent pulling them together first.

A way in for every client

Clients can send receipts and documents before they are ready to use the full system. Triage the uploads, prepare records for posting and share finished reports back.

Client access stays with the client

Each client decides who can access their finance records. Workspace access is independent of whether they joined through your referral code.

Partner program

A share in the clients you bring.

Clients who join through your referral code qualify for commission under the existing partner program.

  • Partner commission is 15% of net subscription revenue from your referred clients.
  • Commission accrues for each referred client's first 24 paid months.
  • Your commission offsets your own subscription cost first; the surplus accrues toward a quarterly payout (first payout requires a completed W-9).
  • Any client can grant or revoke your access to their workspace, whether or not you referred them.
  • Commission applies only to clients who joined through your referral code.

The full terms live in the channel-partner agreement you sign when you join. The partner program is currently invite-only while we onboard our first cohort of bookkeepers.
