01 / Your brand
Clients hire you for your eye. The place where they review selections, find their documents, and follow the project should look like your studio, too.
Two selections and one proposal are waiting for you.

They carry into the pages your clients see.
Bring the proposals, invoices, and templates you use now. We’ll go through what carries over and set it up with you.
02 / On the go
Showrooms, job sites, and client meetings are where most of the work gets done. The mobile app goes with you, so you can file what you see, sketch, and spend to the project instead of leaving it in your camera roll.
Sketching with Apple Pencil and Tap to Pay on iPhone depend on your device. Tap to Pay also depends on your payment setup and region.

03 / The project
Each project keeps its rooms, products, proposals, orders, and invoices together, with the status you record for each item. When a client asks where the sofa is, you have one place to look.
Keep products, dimensions, finishes, vendor details, and selections together by room.
Send your client a proposal to review, and keep a record of what they decide.
Turn approved selections into purchase orders when you’re ready. Track what’s arrived and what’s still coming.
Follow each item through installation, with its cost, selling price, and paperwork attached.

The money side
Purchasing, client invoices, time, and expenses all sit with the project. You can see what each item costs you and what it sells for before the order goes out.

Before we meet
Yes. Your logo, colors, and typefaces carry across the client portal we host for you. The examples above are illustrations, so on the walkthrough we’ll look at your actual brand and show you what can be styled on each page your clients see. The portal can run on your own domain. For now, that requires your website to be hosted with us.
When we meet, bring a proposal, an invoice, and anything else you send to clients. We’ll tell you what carries over as it is and scope any conversion work before agreeing on setup. Some documents won’t come across exactly as they look today, and we’ll say so up front.
Capture receipts and project photos, log time and mileage, and take payments. Sketching works with Apple Pencil on a supported iPad. Tap to Pay on iPhone needs a supported iPhone and a connected payment account, and it isn’t available in every region. On the walkthrough we’ll show you what works on the devices you have.
No. It’s for independent designers and for studios with a team. The plan includes two people, you add people as the studio grows, and past ten we work out the price with you.
It starts with a walkthrough: you show us how you work, and we take you through a sample project in Perch. If it’s a fit, we go through your brand, documents, data, and team, and agree on what onboarding covers before anything moves.
